In honor of the first NeoCodex Hunger Games.
Kill people. Win prizes, even from the grave! Rebellion against the capital? Overcoming trauma and developing you character? Garnering honor for your homeland? Fuck no. Bloodlust, deceit, and complete carnage is where it's at.
The Ultimate Goal: Whether a Tribute or Spectator, your goal is to have the most points at the end of the competition by completing certain tasks according to your role (to be decided in Phase I).
This competition will come in three phases: The Reaping, The Interview, and The Games. Depending on which role you choose, you will perform different tasks for the same amount of points in Phase II. Phase III will have the same method of gathering points for both roles. As each phase ends, the next phase will be unlocked which includes all the rules and ways to get points for whatever role.
The Victors: Only one tribute will win by surviving the RNG Hunger Games Simulator (assuming one does survive in the end) while there are as many winners (both tribute and spectators) as there are remaining prizes with the highest amount of points. Being a tribute will not earn you an advantage over those who are just spectators in terms of quantity of points.

COMPLETED PHASES
DONE. Irrelevant to now. Womp Womp.
The Reaping
COMPLETED. DONE. CAPUT.
Tributes: There is no way to earn points during this phase.
Spectators: There is no way to earn points during this phase.
Take this time to consider if you want to be a tribute or not. A tribute can potentially earn the same maximum amount of points as a spectator, however the effort level to accrue them is one small magnitude higher than those acting as spectators. In exchange for the difference, tributes have the 1 in 24 possibility of winning the RNG Hunger Games that spectators do not have. In other words, tributes are the only people who can potentially win two lots. On top of that, the tribute that is the last one standing will be the first to select their prize out of the pool, regardless of how many points they accrued.
If you would like to enter as a tribute, use the forum's features to post this link as an image.

Rules:
1. Once the random time on Friday passed and this post has been updated with the next phase, the first 24 people (excluding myself) who has posted the gif above in this topic will be entered as a tribute.
2. You may edit your posts in this forum as much as you want, but whatever post I see at deadlines will be used to determine results.
3. Once the Interview phase starts, you cannot interchange your roles between a tribute and a spectator and vice versa.
4. The games will start even if 24 tribute slots have not been filled. In that case, I am free to fill all empty slots with clones of myself. If one of my clones survives until the very end, I can select which prize to be removed from the pool.
5. Anyone who doesn't meet the criteria above is an automatic spectator. This also goes for people who may join in late in the game.

Rules:
The rules are super long.
tl;dr Answer the questions to the best of your abilities while answering what is being asked of you.
1. Once the random time on Sunday passed and this post has been updated with the next phase, no more answers will be accepted. Post your answers in this topic.
2. You may edit your posts in this forum as much as you want, but whatever post I see at deadlines will be used to determine results.
3. You must have all your answers in a single post. If your answers to the 7 questions are spread out among mutliple posts, the first one will only be counted. You do not need to @tag people in your answers, but you may if you want.
4. For Tributes: you may discuss, rally, and do whatever it means to convince the spectators to put your name as the answers as long as it obeys NeoCodex's rules. AKA. No nudes bribes.
5. For Spectators: you may extort, abuse, and force the tributes to do in order for you to agree to put their names in your answers. Aka No nudes bribes.
6. Questions with two parts must be answered completely. If only one part is answered, only half that question is counted.
7. The answers do not have to be in full sentences/correct grammar, but it has to be understood by me. If I feel like the answer does not reflect what the question is asking, I have the power to deny the points for that question.
8. Answers that don't answer the question (ie giving two names when it asks for one) will be discounted of the points for that question and will be labeled as INVALID answers.
9. Any INVALID answers will not be used to determine bonus points for the mentioned individual.
The Games
STARTS: When The Interview Ends
Anyone can still join and still win top 3!
NOTE: The Games phase of the Hunger Games is a prediction game. Each day, I will say a number. With that number
as the maximum total, assign survivors and casualties using that number. You can have any combination of survivors and
casualties in you list that add up to the day's number. The sum of survivors and casualties cannot exceed the given number. Each round lasts from the night to day with the exception of Day 1 where the round starts from the Bloodbath to day. Each round's number is the amount of surviving tributes divided by 2 (then rounded to the nearest whole number) plus one. Each correct guess depends on the round (refer to the Current Scores Google docs). HINT: It's not completely rare that all the remaining tributes survive for one day with the exception of the final day.
The actual results are a simulation from brantsteele.net
BOTH Tributes and Spectators:
ROUND 1 (Ends Sept 14 @ 5 PM NST): Assign the fate of 24 People
ROUND 2 (Ends Sept 15 @ 5 PM NST): Assign the fate of 11 People
ROUND 3 (Ends Sept 16 @ 5 PM NST): Assign 7 People to be survivors.
ROUND 4 (Ends Sept 17 @ 5 PM NST): Assign 6 People to be survivors.
ROUND 5 (Ends Sept 18 @ 8 PM NST): Assign 5 People to be survivors.
(Secret READING CHALLENGE because people are motherfucking lazy bastards for Round 5: Put Drops as your 3rd person from the top and Mom as your 2nd from the bottom on your vertical list. As long as you have 5 people on your list, I'll grant you full points for that day, regardless of who lives and who dies.)
ROUND 6 (Ends Sept 19 @ 5 PM NST): Assign 4 People to be survivors.
FINAL ROUND (Ends Sept 20 @ 5 PM NST): Assign the one and only CHAMPION.
You may use the following form, but are not required to.

Rules:
The rules are super long.
tl;dr Answer the questions to the best of your abilities while answering what is being asked of you.
1. If you are a tribute and you are murdered, you can still submit your predictions until the end of the games. No one is "out" of the game in terms of submitting predictions for points until the end of The Games.
2. You must indicate who are survivors. You don't have to follow the form I've listed above.
3. You may have less people than the daily number indicated, but never more. If you have more people on your list, I will only count the number of people up to the day's given number.
4. You may never repeat names in your survivor/casualty list.
5. You may edit your posts in this forum as much as you want, but whatever post I see at deadlines will be used to determine results. The deadline may fluctuate.
6. You must have all your answers in a single post for each round. If you fail to do so, I'll only count the first post of the round.
7. On the seventh and final round, pick the one person who you think will be the Champion.
