Whenever I shut down my laptop it's ti'me changes back to California ti'me. I checked for virusses and stuff, and there we none. Any idea what's going on?

did u press apply? (prob)
because a while ago, my clock would NEVER change to PM, only AM, and ya, right when I changed to PM, it would never do anything, when I re formatted, it wrked
umm try like repairing win xp or sumthin with ur disc I think
