I'm actually glad I couldn't buy a pumpkin. These are amazing.

 

Of course I have to go with #1, because Jack Skellington.

 

Also, I just realized there's a face in the toaster (I think it's a toaster). I just can't figure out who is that

4. Because it's a watermelon, not a pumpkin. I find that funny. Someone carved a watermelon because they didn't have a pumpkin.  That's actually pretty creative as well.
