Learning in Photoshop

So I've been around Photoshop for a long time, but only really for editing stuff. Today I decided to try and make something completely original.

 

I started off by making a sketch by hand then moved it over to Photoshop and used the Pen tool to create each object and continued to edit it.

This is what I came up with in the end. The original size of the image is gigantic 3kpx x 5kpx or so. :p

He has taught me a few things. Mostly just tips on how to do what I know better.

one of the best ways to learn is via tuts and vids its how I got good at PS (not that I am now been to long).
