What are your thought on this? Worth the price ($60 for everything shown)?

If within the $60, it includes the shipping and handling, then yes, but if it doesn't then no.

Ehhhhh..... I dunno if it's worth $60, the proportions look a little off (I can understand them trying to fit it into their usual bear pattern but I'm sure fixing things up a bit to make it look better wouldn't have been too much trouble) and it looks kind of low quality for a Build-A-Bear plushie :x

Added it to basket and it waives shipping, though if you want faster shipping I doubt they'll waive the extra fees.

Pretty expensive imo, still cute tho even if proportions are off like Turnip mentioned. Would be perfect for my nieces but not for that price haha...

Never been to build a bear, but it seems like most of the fun would be... y'know... building it yourself.

I mean, it's cute as heck but I plan to get the non-online version.

$60 isn't THAT much for an officially licensed product especially something limited & once it's gone it's gone for good though.

The regular "trainer sized" (16.5") that are available year-round go for $42.99~$44.99 so... *shrug*

I'd probably get it for my wife since she's a big Charmander/evolution fan, but not for me personally.

Now if it was Bulbasaur... shut up and take my Pokébucks.

 

Edit: You could also resell the promo card and probably make at least $10 back. Maybe more if you waited until it's no longer available.

Speaking of Build-a-Bear and Pokemon, I was super duper irritated on Thanksgiving. I was in Stroud, OK, home of the halfway point between OKC and Tulsa, on my way to an ice storm that wasn't supposed to happen, and stopped at McDonalds where everyone was bitchy af cause they were working/travelling on Thanksgiving in an ice storm. So I happen to notice an advertisement for Pokemon toys and gave highway head begged my boyfriend to ignore social standards and buy me a Happy Meal so I can squirt people with Kyogre. I eagerly ripped into the worst Happy Meal I've ever had in my life to pull out a Build-A-Bear plush. Turns out the Pokemon toys weren't going to be put in Happy Meals til the next day. I was devastated. Fortunately, he reassured me that it'd be ok cause the bear (actually a retarded unicorn Christmas thing... possibly a reindeer) came with a free coupon to go get a tiny shirt to put on it if we stopped by the workshop at the mall. And my brother-in-law, a McDonald's manager, heard of my plight and brought me a squirty Kyogre.

I performed sex acts for a small toy and had a Thanksgiving Day miracle.

There's an option to have it not 'built' on the website when you look at your cart.
