Merry Christmas (or whatever your holiday of choice is) to all!  It's been a nice one here at home so far, except that hubby and I are having to deal with the irony of the air conditioning having been broken since Thursday night...typically, AC isn't an issue in Maryland this time of year, and tomorrow is supposed to get pretty damn warm (they won't be sending anyone out for a repair until Monday). Fuck it, the holiday has been a nice one regardless.

Right? We're having record warm days and nights this week. Like, record for this time of year and location, not record warm in any other sense.

Oh yeah, I know the Northeast US is having super warm weather. My friend went to Philadelphia with her fiance to hopefully see a "white Christmas", and instead it was 68 degrees.

A cold front just came through here, with massive storms, so hopefully it'll cool off a bit.

Oh, I really hope not. I've got to get home in a couple days, and I'd much rather the warm weather than snow and ice. I guess snow wouldn't be as bad as the tornadoes that showed up recently, but if I can avoid both, that would be great.
