Well, I want know your guys opinion about Elojob.

Like an Normal Player, I think that's disgusting, because that messes with LoL leagues, putting awful players in Leagues that they can't handle. But, in other point, the account is of the people, not mine, for judge. He can be banned, not me. He can get disrespected, not me.

Like an Elojober (I do Elojob for money), I think the same. The acc isn't mine, why should I care? I know that fucks the community, but is like an prohibited job. I earn money, he/her earns the Elo and both got happy. Since I don't work yet, I need money for hang out with my friends, so I do elojob for money. My opinion is that. It's very nasty, but, as elojober, necessary for me. I play, earn money and he'll fall of elo later, so I can do again :p But, anyway, the community thinks that horrible. I think too, but why should I care? Since I was an young player, the community smashed me up because I was an awful player. I know isn't everyone that's an asshole, but why should I care? Platinum/Gold isn't an so influent elo in the game, in my view.

What about yours? Do you do elojob or was made elojob for you?

I personally would never use the service since I like personal progression so much, but I think that it's not necessarily a bad thing.

It can negatively affect the community, but I think that those players that use the service that end up playing ranked again will just end up back where they started out because they don't deserve the rank that they got boosted to.

If they don't end up playing ranked again, then they will just have the rank for looks. I don't think it has too much of a negative impact, because in the end everyone is either unaffected by it or the buyer just goes down to the rank that they originally deserve to be at.

Overall I think that it gives an opportunity to people like you who need the money, to be able to make money in a unique way that's probably also pretty fun.

As Elojober, my view: Okay, I'll fuck the community, but. I'll earn money doing something I like. Why not?

It's good if you're doing it. IRL money while playing a game, hell yeah   But I do hate playing with people who sometimes seem like they did get eloboosted  :S

I feel that companies like elojob are fine, since if the people aren't skilled to stay in whatever elo they were boosted to, then they'll fall right back to like silver or bronze or wherever they started. If they're actually good but don't have time to grind the ladder, then it doesn't matter. Companies like elojob I'd say are prob positive because they help people that need money like you, and the people who are boosted either have it for show (which doesn't matter) or filter back to where they should be.

That's bullshit. "They'll fall right back" Yeah, and ruin games for multiple other players doing so. And about the money, any part time job as a burger flipper probably pays better than that shit.

But well, it's different doing money with something you're good and you like than something you aren't good and you hate. That's all a difference. ;)

But the thing is that in this case, it affects other people.

I think it's very meaningless to get boosted because you'll be in a league above your skill which means you'll get stomped after (if the matchmaker actually worked). I'd rather not have a Plat border or something and then have teammates shit on me because my skill doesn't match and rightfully so. But I don't play ranked either because it's too stressful for me and I have enough anxiousness as is in normal games.

I think it'll always be there, whether you try to ban people or not. There are multiple ways to screw over the elo algorithm e.g. smurfing, dropping your elo on purpose by throwing games so you can boost another person easier in later games etc. That will always ruin other people's games because it's a damn team game.

Well, everythinf affects other people. Imagine that you like cook, but you've cooked an food for someone that's allergic to gluten and you don't know. That'll affect.

Elojob will fuck several peoples matches, but that's normal. Even good players have an bad day. An elojob acc will fall from elo one hour. It's elojober fault, but why should he cares, if he's doing something that he likes? Everything has a point. Yes, Elojob is nasty, but isn't an problem at all. If you play Ranked games, you'll not pick Elojob accs all the games. Normal games doesn't make an difference, that are just for fun. I prefeer to play an hard game than an easier, because it's more exciting.

Elojob will affect others, but several jobs will affect others too. Why care from boost someone acc? It's like in Neopets. We can be legit or cheaters. The same law apply for LoL, the difference that's for just one game, in Neopets you'll affect all the game.

Yes, that's will always ruin other people's game, but isn't always that you'll pick an Elojob acc. And I agree, play Rankeds is stressfull. Not because Elojobs, but because people that are awful in the game, AFKs or Trolls.

You're right in the sense that it puts them where they cannot handle it, but playing solo from there will more than likely make them better. The fact that you have 9 people playing at a higher level than you works for you to get more tips, strategies and review your own gameplay... well that if the player focuses on getting better

As someone who has boosted before, my opinion is obviously biased. Like you I think if I can make money off of it, why not? The person you boosted will fall back to their actual rank eventually if they keep playing. That said, I used to dislike rlo boosting but then I ended up not caring enough in the end after five years of playing.

I don't really think about it too much.. If you are elo boosted, you were get flame in every game you play. It is punishment enough for boosting. Also, you will get destroyed in every game which is less than fun haha
