Same. Though I feel for everyone who was affected by Bowie's death too because I know he was a very talented and influential man, I had just never taken the time personally to get to know his work.
Alan Rickman however. I'm not even embarrassed to admit I cried a little

I don't want to believe it.. so unexpected.. he was one of the few actors I really wanted to meet in my life.
I really loved his voice.

Damn I never predicted I would be this affected by a celebrity's death. I really looked up to that man and his brilliant acting. I feel like a sorry whimp weeping about this but it feels as if a part of my childhood died.

I don't really know much about his work out of HP, but he had a great voice. RIP.
I'm more impressed by the fact that he was also 69 and died of cancer. 2 in the same week? That's a creepy start for this year.
