I think he means that originally prior to releasing this puzzle he took out "the" or "a", at least that's what I'm getting from his previous answers.

Yeah, Rocket got it right. I never changed the puzzle image since I posted it on the blog.

Mmmk, that makes more sense.

Do the posted hints correlate with each portion of the puzzle? For example, hint #1 correlates with 1 across, hint #2 with 2 across and hint #3 with 1 down.

Do the rules and clues have a direct correlation, other then being for this puzzle?

In one down, what does the third have no room for more than one of?

That's not a Yes/No question.

That's not a Yes/No question.

I know. We can ask questions that aren't yes/no. It doesn't mean we'll get an answer. I've already asked (and received an answer) for a non-yes/no question. Reference my post on the first page with the list of asked and answered questions.

Also, reference rule #6: "You can ask any type of questions as well, but I'm not obligated to answer them, but I can if I want to."

Is there any vowel that doesn't appear in the answers?

It can reference one of two things, one of which--at least I thought--is explicit.

The perception that you have of some aspects of the answers being explicit is affected because you know the answer already. xD You think it appears explicit because you already know what it is.

But anyways, is one of the things referenced by one down death?

May I suggest working together to figure out the hints? They can really drive home the questions that should be asked.

If not for any reason, that's cool too.

I don't know how to work together or even where to begin on the clues

Okay, let's try this.

So, the third clue is "Under 19,044". So if we don't count the negative numbers, we have 19,044 different possibilities (including 0).

Yeah, that's all I can do, sorry.

I'll give you all one more clue: The hints are NeoCodex-only.

Okay, let's try this.

Well, you tried math and that mentality is not a bad place to start.

19,044 could be a location, like a zip code or something. Although, with the comma, that's unlikely. But it isn't necessarily a numerical reference, at least that's my thoughts on that.

Being Kelvin, I really doubt it's a numerical reference, honestly. But that's all I can think lol

Okay, so the hints are Neocodex-only, but the answers have nothing to do with Neocodex and can't be found on Codex.  That doesn't make much sense, to me.

(since hints are not about the puzzle answer itself, I can answer this without the 3 yes/no rules)

yes.

Yeah but Rocket asked in the blog "Can we find more info about the questions on this website?" -- that could include anything and you said "no", even if it's not directly related to Codex specifically (such as words or phrases). Now you're saying the hints have to do with anything on Codex, even if it is not directly related to Codex specifically.

here's what I think, something on codex refers to something off codex which will lead us in the, hopeful, right direction.

I could be totally wrong though.
