It was sorta sloppy, but it was the first time. I think we can find ways to make it easier on the host / players. Either way, it was a lot of fun and seriously thank you @cassiopeiic for taking the time to arrange this event and host for us :3

Some thoughts for the next round (whoever hosts): people have to submit their team names prior to the event and nominate one of their team members to be the designated person to answer the questions via PM. People without teammates can be paired up when the time comes, but that will declutter the set up of the event.

30 seconds was too short for typing some of the answers I think, given you have to PM your team's answers in a separate window. An extra 5-15 seconds on longer answers would be helpful, especially for the movie posters (because you have to click the link, type the correct movie and not just the franchise and members). With lag, I think adding a little extra time would help. A lot of us were lagging.

Yeah. I didn't even take that into account. I definitely think some extra seconds for those longer answers would help, not just with the lag and such, but for non-native English speaking participants.

Thanks for the suggestion guys! There were indeed some unexpected run-ins. For future reference for me or any other hosts: members will be asked to not broadcast until the charades round, and only then one at a time.

 

Questions were supposed to ALL be YT videos edited together by me but they weren't uploaded on time. Extra time is noted!

And all members must make a TC account so they can just PM the host in TC, because checking PMs on Codex itself is a pain D:
