Nestle has fucked up big time, and I mean BIG TIME.

A student is demanding a lifetime supply of KitKats after she bought an 8 pack that didn't have any wafer inside. It was only chocolate.

She wrote this letter to Nestle:

The truth of the matter is; manufacturers owe a duty of care to consumers.
‘The specific duty you owe in consistency in your manufacturing process. The failure to take due care in the manufacturing process resulted in a product being defective.
‘As a result I feel as though I have been misled to part with my money and purchase a product that is clearly different from what has been marketed by Nestle.
‘The loss I have suffered is of monetary and emotional significance.
‘I would like a full refund of the defective pack of KitKat I purchased. I have also lost my faith in Nestle.
‘Clearly, if I wanted to purchase a confectionery item that is purely chocolate, I would have purchased a bar of Galaxy.
‘I would therefore like to request a life-long supply of KitKat so that I can act as a means of quality control – it appears you need me more than I need you.’

Damn you, Nestle. You've emotionally scarred her.

Do you think they should give her a lifetime supply? Do you really think the company needs her? She has threatened to take legal action if they don't comply with her request. What do you think?

She did the right thing. All these people saying "coupons" or "maybe a month" are just victim shaming her! She has been through a trauma y'all. I can't imagine how hard it was for her to come forward about this injustice.

LMAO, someone needs to be taken down a couple of notches. Give her a refund and a small box of wafers for her defective kit kats.

Funny! If I was Nestle I'd send her a box of only wafers.

I'm assuming you're joking, but there's a 1% of me that's not sure. That worries me.

A lifetime supply is only 5 years before diabetes and hypertension claim each limb and organ one by one.

Free kitkats for a month? Have you seen the victim? That may put nestle out of business...

Coupons should be more than enough. One time I opened a small bag of cheetos and found literally 3 cheetos and a block of cheese. I called and they sent back 2 $5 coupons

You don't understand what a serious business it is to get free chocolate for life

Meanwhile the rest of us have to walk around hoping that the m&ms are on sale for £1 at Tesco.

This is silly.  But I'm already boycotting Nestle because of the baby formula bs.

I'd send her a dildo which would hopefully imply for her to go fuck herself.

Possibly an unpopular opinion: kitkats aren't that good.

Since some parts of the letter looks like a joke, Nestle should do what Val suggested. :p

This is so true lol

Also I just read the article and I was expecting some pictures from that "chocolate without wafer" thing. Such a disappointment there aren't any. Which means she ate the whole thing even though it was not "what she bought for". How convenient she can't proof the deceptive chocolates :p

I think I saw a picture in a different article, but I don't remember which one.

This is what I am doing instead of studying.

I'd send her a thousand big boxes of kitkats and have one kitkat out of all the ones in the boxes be missing one kitkat. Just one.

Thank you for reminding me that procrastination may lead this world to a flaming hell. D:

I saw that editing.

I'd send her a box of kitkats being half of them only wafers and the other half only chocolate. And a note. "It's all in there. Deal with it."

Or, send her a box of snickers. "This is what you should be eating, anyway."
