Concerning retired staff avatars, I feel kinda bad that my staff avatar was only given to a handful people because of damning, objective circumstances. If it were available today, A LOT more people would get it.

Didn't this come up before and someone said as long as the respective staff member for the award said the requirements were met that the award could be given by current staff?

Yeah, but I had an excel file with all the requirements and how many each people got, she only had one requirement left, and it was almost completed

As an ex-staff member you can still have the ability to give your award if you're going to be around to do it. Not sure what's happening with Joe's one (it probably should be retired) but the Spork defiantly isn't retired.
