What does the following mean? It says each card code is uniquely linked to my Neocodex account... What if I wanted to send the code to someone else? Does this make it impossible?

 

What is the return policy on Neocash cards?
Once you order a Neocash card, the card code is uniquely linked to your account on Neocodex. You are then sent a Personal Message immediately with the card code. Furthermore, we have no way of verifying whether the card code has been used. Given these facts, we are unable to accept returns on Neocash codes. For products within the Neocash code family, all sales are final.

When you buy the card, the code is given to you. I'm pretty sure you can give the card to someone else but there is no returning.

Yep, you can gift the code to someone else if you wish to. It gets sent to you, the purchaser, via pm here. That's why it says it's linked to your Neocodex account.
