I'm not sure where to post this but now that school is coming to a close and I have more time to be present here I figure I would ask...
How is everyone feeling about Biggest Loser this year?
How would those interested feel in a wellness challenge instead?
We could use an app like 'Lose it!' to track things, you can set up a challenge and then you get points for tracking meals/working out/losing weight & maintaining based on what you set your goals to. It isn't perfect but it would mean that other members not looking to lose weight could partake? We can set it for a week or two or more!
