Hey friends!

 

I'm not sure where to post this but now that school is coming to a close and I have more time to be present here I figure I would ask...

 

How is everyone feeling about Biggest Loser this year?

How would those interested feel in a wellness challenge instead?

 

We could use an app like 'Lose it!' to track things, you can set up a challenge and then you get points for tracking meals/working out/losing weight & maintaining based on what you set your goals to. It isn't perfect but it would mean that other members not looking to lose weight could partake? We can set it for a week or two or more!

 

Just a thought :3 

 

Obviously TBL could still happen this is just maybe another thing to happen if people are interested :3

Yes! Now that I'm in med school I'm eating even worse than before, I could use some incentive :p

Yes! Now that I'm in med school I'm eating even worse than before, I could use some incentive :p

 

You should probably be very mindful of what you 

 

I definitely want to participate in TBL!

you should be mindful of what you eat considering you're going to be a doctor :p

 

but then again 1/2 my friends that are nurses chug diet-coke and smoke so.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Practical stuff, like not drinking and not smoking I can do, but eating is hard! Especially now that I have no time to prepare food x)

Calorie deficit diet. You can eat whatever you want as long as you eat less calories than your body burns :)

I'd be down for either or. I only need to lose about 10more lbs but need motivation to work on myself and tone certain areas.
