I can't seem to get these avatars to work! The refresh ones I have been working on for a week!

 

The search ones I have tried on three throw away sides. And yes, these sides do not already have these avatars!

 

Any ideas why or what to do? Or just suck it up and send in a ticket to JS! *shutters*

It's not just you, none of those are working on any of my shells. And I only use those shells for the AC, so none of them have any avatars on them. I tried turning of my ad blocker to see if somehow it was a popup issue, even though avatars don't appear through pop ups, but it's not that. I also tried turning off my proxy to see if that was the issue, and it wasn't. My guess is JS managed to break something again. Possibly when they were putting in the captchas for the userlookups and petpages, since I believe that was the last major site update, and many avatars are petpage/userlookup based, so I wouldn't be surprised that they managed to break search bar avatars and maybe even some of the refresh avatars. 

 

I'd say, sadly, send a ticket in just in case they broke something again and haven't noticed it.

The easiest way to obtain refresh avatars is holding the F5 key at least 30 seconds.

(They are working, I can confirm it)

Yeah they're working, I got them recently, just keep your finger pressing F5 key or use an auto refresher.

For Galem Darkhand, you have to enter on the item page (if you click "Galem Darkhand" on JellyNeo it redirects to the item page and you will earn the avatar).

Thanks, I will try the item page to do it. As for the f5, I have been doing that and auto refresh for a while now, and still no avvie.

Just tried the Haiku one and got it. Used Google Chrome and hold f5 for ~1 minute.

I had problems with the Zafara Help in the past but now it seems to work fine. The only refresh one I can't get for some reason is Neomail Addict but people say it's working so I will continue trying.

Hmm...is the Neomail Addict avatar affected? I've been trying for ~1 week and no avvie.

I think it is. I refreshed for an entire night and didn't get the avatar, but it may be my luck.

I think a lot of it is the RNG is being touchy and hasn't been fed in weeks probably. More than likely bad luck because I used the avatar grabber page less than a month ago and got the angelpuss avatar with it no problem.
