i went to log on this morning and i would not let me and i looked up my username and it said this account does not exist what do i do it took my main account and my side account all but one

i know it only lets me on one when i try to log in it says password not correct and go to the one that works and look them up and it says this Sorry, nothing containing 'removed' was found. Please try again. i dont know what to do

1. Don't tell anyone here your username, edit that out now!

2. Send TNT a ticket.

3. Are you saying you can log in to one of your accounts, but not the other? Your lack of punctuation is making your sentences really hard to understand.

You can send TNT a ticket, but they normally take a long time to reply. E-mailing support@Neopets.com is usually a lot better.

If you can't find your neopet account when searching it up, it means you've been banned. You can search up the name of one of your old pets, and you click the profile of your account it'll state that your account was banned. This happened to a few of my accounts while I was abing

When was the last time you logged in? Might've gotten purged.

Just submit a ticket to TNT and you will be fine. Give them a few days to reply though

Use the FB page to post about your ticket at least 2 times a day at different times and also post on the "frozen accounts waiting" board each day in help section.
