have you ever took the no fap challenge? when i was 17 i went through this self-hating phase of my life where i was able to NOT fap for an entire month. by the time i gave in tho, i was making such a huge mess it's not even funny.

throughout the duration of the challenge my skin didn't get clearer, my mind was still constantly thinking about naughty thoughts (typical men, blurgh!) and my energy level didn't increase one bit. so i wasn't sure what the benefits of this activity. but i did have some fun at least testing my willpower and shit.

what are your thoughts on the no fap challenge?
