Weird.. not showing up in the google play store for me.

Pretty sure it's not available in Canada yet. If you search Pokemon Go on the play store /on a computer/ it might come up - it did for me - but I couldn't install it cause Canada tings.

I did do that but either the site is laggy or I need to use a proxy to make an account, because I keep getting 503s and errors. Pretty sure the site is just lagging though.

Yep, server is up for now. If you're logged in try to stay logged in because trying to relogin is a pain...

Well it finally decided to show up in the Play Store for me. Downloading now.
Downloaded. Tried loadin, entered my birthday, clicked to login with Googled. And got "Servers are experiencing issues. Try again later."

No, it's not.

Apparently I can't login with my pokemon trainer club account but I can login with a Google account.

The first time I tried logging in with my Google, it said the server was having issues, so I exited the game, went to login with a Pokemon trainer account which I needed to create, but it took me to an invalid website. Finally let me log in with my Google.

Yeah it's possible, but you raise the chances of encounter by walking around

Well I have an android soo it's pretty easy to download the APK (app file) 3rd party. You can't really do the same on an iphone unless it's jailbroken.
