EDIT: Just completed a new drawing

 

 

Below is the last drawing I completed in 2014 (also posted on codex) before I took a 2-year break due to lack of time/motivation and overall laziness:

I owe all my progress to stalking better artists on pixiv and reading a lot of manga. 

If you have any comments or critique I would appreciate it.

Just wanted to share since I'm kinda excited I finally finished this and I wanted to show my progress from my last thread in 2014.

thank you! i always get randomly obsessed with stupid stuff but can never stay consistent with actually useful hobbies like drawing ;~;

thank you! giving her curves was kinda difficult at first since my point of reference is usually my (extremely curveless) self.

going to try to start on a new one today. as long as you have an appreciation for art you can draw though! i got better just by studying art that i liked.

You should improve on your anatomy, her right arm is a bit too short, just remember that your fingers usually end by mid thigh. Great improvement though.

No problem! The arm is too short, the hand is generally the same size as your face and the middle finger is the same length as the palm. Now that i look at the fingers, those could be fixed as well.

i'll keep that in mind! probably too lazy to fix the arm for this picture but i'll be careful about the next one. and honestly drawing hands is like @_@ i might've subconsciously made them small because i just hate trying to detail them.

For sure! Hands are probably the hardest things to draw correctly.

Thank you! Now that I look at it her neck might be a little long so I'll try to fix that in a bit. But glad my proportions are getting better!

Dang, and here I am drawing stick figures 

 

The 2nd drawing as amazing. First one as well, personally not a big fan of the eyes on that 1.

But, that's greatly improved in the second drawing.
