Sorry guys, didn't know where to post this. I was wondering if this is only happening to me or if other people have experienced this also.

I ordered off NeoBlowout last month, they kept my money and never sent my order. When questioned it took over 2 weeks to get a response, i never got the item.

I bought off them again 3 weeks ago: they sent me the wrong item with less than a quarter of a value of the one i ordered, when i mailed to ask for the right order they ignored me for over a week before finally responding with - have a refund.

I bought off them one last time (yh i know-don't tell me) a week ago. My order has not arrived, they have ignored my emails and wont address the issue.

Has anyone else been having serious issues with these guys? They used to be really good!

I've never bought from any of those kinds of sites because of this exact reason. Honestly, most of the time I feel like they are legit and do give you what you payed for, but if they screw you over there isn't too much you can do about it as far as I know. They're just an anonymous organization with no accountability. All you can really do is keep asking them or maybe file a paypal dispute?

Not to be rude, but I feel like you definitely should have stopped buying off them after the first time they messed up your order.

I assume most people here either buy from individuals on Codex or some other cheating forum, but maybe someone's dealt with this company as well.

Yeah man, I know what you mean. tbh - I kept buying because they have been really good for the last 2 years, just this last 2 months have been awful. I try to be loyal to where I am buying from but after this i am definitely in the market for a new purchase spot. If you know of any ? (Already on Sythe)

That's pretty stupid they'd mess up on a loyal customer like that. Not sure about other markets. My first instinct is to recommend here since there's more accountability, but like I said, I don't buy neopoints often.

I would not trust those 'NP Selling' sites one bit to be honest. All they deal in is stolen items from hacked accounts, are WAY overpriced and are dodgy as all hell.

I hope you learned your lesson :/

If you're willing to hang around a bit longer and make a few more posts here on Codex, the Trading section here is all you need to be honest. We have very reputable and trustworthy traders who frequent the site and they would be my go-to in the event that I wanted to purchase anything. A lot cheaper too than any off-site seller :D

I think it allows access at 11 posts (>10) so don't be surprised if you still can't see anything after you've got 10 posts. :p

As stated above the trade section here is very good and all members I have dealt with have been trustworthy and delivered everything I have wanted.  We also have a good Middleman service here if you are worried about anything use that.
