Aw man I have some of my favorite sunset photographs taken from the last few weeks during my family vacation and then cruise It sucks that I can't enter those =/

I don't get how holding up a piece of paper with your name on it proves that you took the entry picture?

Im just not getting how this proves someone didn't steal a picture. Do you want to provide an example of the proof you're looking for? Because maybe i'm misinterpreting what you're saying.

I think she wants it so the sunset is the same in both pictures, but one of the pictures just has the proof that it's a current picture.

If you take a picture of you holding the sign of your neocodex username, either before or after you take the picture of the sunset, it shows that you did not google a picture of the sunset.

 

Anyone can search for a legit backyard sunset and use it as an entry for this contest

 

 

So did I take this picture? Or did I google it? Can you tell?

And tonight, I will post proof of what I am talking about myself. Since I can't give away what other people have entered already with proof

Have you had issues with cheating on this contest? You can always use reverse image search to make sure it doesn't come off google. Part of the original spirit of the contest was so that people could use past or present pictures they've taken and this rule prevents that from happening.

Thanks. I learn new things every day! P.S. How does one use reverse image search lol. I have no idea what that is!

@VooDoo just drag the image into a Google search box and it'll do it automatically.

If you run into things that you suspect are fraudulent, but can't find on google search, pm a mod and we can help you dig further into it.
