Drop every question you never had an answer to here. What is the meaning of life? Do insects cry? Does Tommy Wiseau take himself seriously or does he realize he's a joke? Is Kanye West a more capable president than the Trumpster?

And of course if you actually know an answer to a question, feel free to answer each other.

As someone who loves entomology, insects do not 'cry'. In fact, in most, if not all instances insects don't feel emotion. They don't feel pain either.

I don't know if a worm qualifies as an insect, but how come they get all squirmy when I poke em' with a fish hook if they don't feel pain?

Instinct, they don't feel pain, but they feel a sensation that may compromise their well being more than anything else.

Their tiny wormy instincts are saying "This thing doesn't feel like a normal thing, I should get away from the thing, what is pain my dude"

Lemme just go ahead and just slap some of these unanswered questions out real quick

Is life really about just working every day until you die?

Until retirement yes, enjoy.

Do my cats love me?

As long as you feed them.

Why can't I function like a normal person?

Because a normal person doesn't exist.

Are my questions going to be unanswered?

Yes.

In the current episode of Yuri on Ice, Russian Yuri's blades change from black to silver in a cut of the opening theme. What does this mean???????

Shit dude, must be an omen of things to come. It's up to you to be Sherlock, to find a Watson, and uncover the mystery for us all.

What is love?

baby don't hurt me

Don't hurt me

If I build a time machine, go back to my past self and have sex with my past self, is it rape or masturbation?

If you transport yourself to a point where you meet a duplication of yourself at a different point of your life, then it isn't time travel, rather it is dimensional travel. Time travel means staying in your dimension and exploring different time points in that finite course. Because of the first fourth of time travel, it is impossible for the same consciousness to be replicate in a single dimension because of the conservation of phi2 wave energy. Idiot.

If you change your premise from a time machine to a dimensional machine, then the answer stands at if you're willing to fuck and get fucked by yourself. Remember that rape's basic definition is penetration of a sex organ onto another without consent of the victim and it doesn't matter if you enjoy it or not. Despite both being on the same identity, they are not both of the same consciousness, thus eliminating of the identity paradox. What would your fuckee say?

Did Courtney Love kill Kurt Kobain?

Yes in the sense that you killed Kurt Kobain just as much as Courtney Love or The Wiggles.

Is it really better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all?

If you're seriously asking this question for the sake of reassurance of your experience, then you never experienced love in the first place.

Otherwise, literally fuck them and move on.

Is life really about just working every day until you die?

No. The purpose of life in general is to propagate, to procreate and reproduce. "And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein." 9.7 Not that I'm particularly religious, but this is one instance where the confirmation bias nevertheless gets the right answer.

As for individuals, there's no purpose or reason, no subject of life. We make those things for ourselves, and it's truly an individual journey.

Why can't I function like a normal person?

Normalcy is a statistical concept, not a pragmatic one. Dazz almost nailed it. Normal people exist, but only normal in one concept. We can speak of normal height, or average height. But all people of, say, 6 feet are not guaranteed to be normal in all other functions.

The trick is to find a balance between being normal enough in some behaviors to fool other people, yet still retain the part of you that makes you, you. Maybe that's easier said than done. Believe me, I have the same struggles.

Did Courtney Love kill Kurt Kobain?

Probably. If not directly, she contributed to it by being crazy, and by fueling his drug use. Kobain used heroin for therapeutic pain relief, I believe for stomach ulcers. Nevertheless it was illegal, and she contributed to his death simply by taking part in using heroin without a doctor's guidance.

Why does it take like a week of scrubbing my face and working out to see any visible improvement but just a day of slacking off to go right back to 0?

I believe Mos Def (aka Yasim Bey) answered this more than 15 years ago:
