restocking in Food and Stamps ( 1 week and 7 year accounts) (one with proxy, one without) using lists with profits of 5k / 10k respectively, NOT RS Banned....checked and do have shops with SWI....any advice? good amount of time to let it run?

Sometimes it just happens, noting you can do about it. Pay in mind that it's Christmas and shops don't get cleaned out as often as they would when there's lots of people online.

The one week old account won't be able to see much, which is a reason why you're not getting much.
Here's the list for what accounts can see:

Age of Account Rarities Visible
Newbie ≤ r79
10 days ≤ r84
16 days ≤ r89
1 month ≤ r94
3 months ≤ r100 (everything)
