I believe that OCR it is kinda low.
My settings:
Wait delay: 0.5 - 1.5 (NOT SAFE AT ALL)
MS: Same as you
OCR: 1.0 - 1.4
I don't know if that is the problem though but I've never been iced (well, it's been years since my last ban)

I have also always used default as well. I've been frozen maybe once about I think like 8/9 years ago? Can't remember but it was along long time ago.

Are you using these accounts on the same ip address/computer?

@Rainforce....same computer yes. but i change my IP daily by resetting my modem
i only use 1 account at a time, EG: when one is banned, i change IP and start again, never run 2 accounts, and would never use them on the same IP
Ok, so that's not it either... weird that you're getting banned so quickly I hope someone else has an idea what might be the cause.

@Rainforce ive been using Scot's AB Appendium as a guide for Abrosia Settings, now @Leisa and @HiMyNameIsNick have said it could be out dated and that the OCR is too low on that guide (being 0.4 to 0.5 sec) ive changed it to 1.0 to 1.4 sec.....could you post your settings for Abrosia?

My OCR used to be at 0.01 to 0.2 sec actually, because I wanted lower buy times for magic. I do live in the Netherlands and my ping is very high. With my current settings my ms is somewhere between 1600-2000 ms. With the 0.01 at 1500 ms.
Have been using these settings for a little over 2 months now and haven't been frozen.

It varies. I have no set times and I don't AB every single day. On a normal day I'd say I AB from somewhere 3-4 am NST and 7 am NST. If I've not been RS banned by then I might do some more later in different shops. I sometimes take breaks between AB'ing in these hours, sometimes not. I think I AB between 3-6 hours a day total, depending until when I'm RS banned. I'm still RS banned now, so I might not even AB today.

hmm ok, well im thinking maybe the HPD might be the issue, i did like 10 hour6 (4-5 hours of breaks). but dont want to rule out the low OCR either

I honestly think it's a combination of things. Some people can have very low setting but still high but times thanks to lag and location. It isn't said that their settings won't get you frozen because you don't live in that country/ have a different provider.
Also, are you sure your IP changes when you reset your modem, because I know it works in some cases but I know with mine for instance it doesn't.

Also, just a hint, If you get frozen so often. Try signing up for amazon AWS, it's a free trail for a year and gives you a location in America.

Yeah, I think this is a really good one. Using a totally new location for Neopets might be the key to not get frozen.
