not ready.
I'm really burnt out from college, honestly

supposed to be transferring to a university in fall but I'm becoming unsure about my major since I've failed/withdrew from organic chemistry two times now.

and holy hell do I struggle with calculus. so I have a lot of things to look into. otherwise I am just hoping I get my spark back, I feel like dropping out and joining a circus haha.

You're not the only one who's struggled with those classes. I failed O chem 1 last semester, and I nearly failed my calc class (the teacher was complete shit) and only passed because of some unorthodox methods.

What's your major?

Trust me, you'll get that spark back! You can do it!

@JinxProof That's fucking awesome. LIS is so cool. It's not really about the money, but instead about the programs, community and outreach that a library offers. My cousin is a librarian and she is so passionate about her job. Libraries are like...sanctuaries to me. They are so so sooooo important. And just think, you're the next generation that gets to carry the legacy on. I always think of librarians as like therapists lmao. They are always there for people!

Sanctuary, teacher, therapist, researcher. We do it all! It's really satisfying which is great. I love it so much. I'm really glad to be done with school though, my goodness.

Now that the school semester has officially began... I'm bored as hell. I graduate at the end of this year, and I've come to the realization that I really regret my choice in my major. I really have no interest in Computer Science anymore. It's been dwindling for years now. I have absolutely no motivation to find a job after I graduate and I don't want to take more school (eg. a master's) because I'm so burnt out. And because of who I am as a person, I don't really enjoy time off either. I couldn't wait for class to start & the winter break to end. I was bored out of my mind. But now I'm bored and back to doing class work. Sigh.

I really have no clue what I want out of life. I feel like I've just been fairly consistently bored with my life for years now. Sigh.......

Ahh I know :p! they're not easy courses, but I just thought I would be enjoying them more than I am haha

I'm a biochem major, I got a degree in fine arts but I'm too chicken to try to see that through for a career

I really really enjoy biology, and fell in love with microbiology. But yeaah! i think i just need a break, I'm so burnt out xD

Thank you for the encouragement though!! It means a lot, I haven't really told anyone IRL about how i'm feeling ;; Good luck to you!!

My past three years have been terrible, academically. Not in terms of my GPA, because I always drop by the academic deadline if my confidence in that class is poor, but as a result of this precaution I feel like I've lagged a lot behind.

I've been making use of the school's resources more this year: language conversation room, math help room, learning specialist, counsellor, psychiatrist (ADHD), school doctor (depression).

Also apps like "Forest" have been helping a lot to keep me productive when I do study (starting is the hardest part, now that I have ritalin).

4 years of college under my belt, and I don't even have my Associate's yet. Long story short, don't transfer colleges. You'll most likely get fucked in the end like I did. I'm not eligible for financial aid because I have 90+ credit hours and have no degree. My family and I are poor as fuck, but thank god my community college's classes are cheap. Hopefully this will be the semester that I can finally get my degree. Taking the last two classes that I need to graduate plus two random classes that my mother is forcing me to take to be a full-time student. Fuck you, mom.

Dealing with school and homework could be even painful, but you can still do it with some additional help. Like https://homework-lab...d-fantasy-3909/ that could get you through the semester with okay grades. For sure it will.
