Back to selling cheap, a 1m r99 being sold for 400k. Do I assume anyone offering a 60% discount ABed the item?

id assume so lol, been selling most of my stuff for 40-50% off

Selling is ok if you set your limits low.  Like above I sell between 30-50% TP price and tend to sell items pretty easy.

 

 

Best stuff so far are a few  stamps +10m range

It's only a 250k UB though, haha. If you somehow managed to get a high-profile r99 (worth like, well over 5m), then I'd recommend either tucking that away for a while or building a presence on the trading/auction board. But you should totally be fine to keep on chugging with medium-small restocks like that.
