i know use Scot's guide. but its a bit outdated now, and what peoples opinions

 

is 5.0 -6.0 considered safe? what times do you personally use?

I use default refresh times when I ever use Abrosia. I have never had issues grabbing decent buys.

Using the default times, you would have no issues with getting frozen, it all comes down to conservative use and being smart about your buying periods. Common sense really, if a human would look normal doing it, then the program should too
