I think sending nudes isn't a bad thing if you're smart about it. NEVER EVER show your face. Good lighting is key. If you have the best pose and shitty lighting, might aswell not take a nude at all. And dudes are the worst at taking nudes. Flash on, weird angles, messy room... Ntyvm.

I dislike nudes from people unless they are creative nudes. I feel like @DonValentino would send some creative nudes. If someone just snaps a pic of their junk and sends it to me, I will probably ignore them or outright tell them they aren't being cute, coy, or sexy by just snapping a picture of their genitals. It doesn't illustrate effort to me. It doesn't excite me or attract me, unless it's done cleverly, because without the cleverness, I just assume they just want sex, and either don't have a great sense of humor, or aren't particularly bright, or they are just using me to jerk it.

Genitals are ugly to me in most contexts too and making nudes funny or clever offsets the ugliness of genitals. I'm only really attracted to people's stuff when I'm engaging in sex. This is 100% my own preference and not at all a reflection of other people's bodies.

 

If I send them (and I very rarely do) I try to send funny/creative nudes, that are still sort of sexy.

I remember when getting cellphone nudes in school was a big deal, you'd get so excited over a blurry pixelated nipple. The quality was so shit you weren't actually sure if it was a nipple but it was still hype

I never send or make nudes and don't recieve them all that much. I'm seeing a photographer right now, and one time he started snapping some pics of me (I made sure it was without my face in it) when we were having sex. The act itself was really fun. I think if I made them by myself it would only feel awkward to do.

 

He sent them to me later and it got straight desert down there. I do not arouse myself at all lol. It also made me realize how often I carelessly hand over my phone to my friends and how often pictures pop up without even looking for them, so it's probably for the best my phone's not full of nudes. Especially if they're mine.

 

Couple of years ago some girl's nudes leaked at my work (themepark, Halloween event). She was apparently pretty wild and slept with 3 different colleagues over the weekend and sent them and more nudes of herself. For some reason one of the asses leaked her pictures and within a day nearly everyone had them, including me, because they were spread in groupchats - that's about 300 people recieving your nudes within a day. The whole situation made me so mad. The most infuriating part is the hypocrisy. This event is always a fuckfest (300 actors packed together for a month, sharing cabins with each other), so that everyone somehow decided to slutshame a girl who just turned 18 for banging 3 dudes is absolutely baffling to me. I thought for sure they were ruining her life. But it's been about 3 or 4 years now and she's still here, incredibly thick skin and just doesn't give a flying fuck about it all. I have mad respect for this girl.

Honestly I wouldn't want to share such things as if it somehow got out .. I don't really want it to be a public image of myself. Now, if I was in a relationship, and was intimate with the person, I MIGHT be willing to send, preferably if they offer to first, as I don't wanna seem like I'm rushing them.

I have twice, and I found it to be not rewarding considering I spent more time stressing about if it may end up on the internet. It was a long time ago but I was mostly concerned about ending up as revenge porn and being seen by my brothers or my schoolmates.

No judgement to people that do of course, I'm sure most people's experiences are more liberating than mine.

See i don't have a problem with mine getting out there, i have one which i really like but it's tasteful. My friends got a hold of my phone one day and everyone saw it, but all i got was compliments so i was more flattered than mad   So at this point i'm like if it gets out, i'm not too bothered cause it looks good anyway, and i'm pretty sure it's out there already 

 

I never show my face but that doesn't really matter because one of the downsides of having tattoos is that it can always be traced back to me regardless, it's not like i have a small butterfly tattoo on my wrist, i have a full fucking sleeve. So if you want to send nudes anonymously, don't get tattoos

No tattoos here, but I tend to show my face in a lot of them. I guess I'll see if they float around later on in life.
