Hi does anybody have any good advice for getting unfrozen? Today 15+ of my families accounts have been frozen including legit accounts. My account with well over 100M got frozen and I haven't cheated on it for over 2 years...

I got frozen on a few accounts that I hadn't cheated for years yesterday, so maybe they did a new freeze wave or something like that.

The only way to get unfrozen is sending a ticket and hoping for the best. If you have the original account information (things like first pet created, NC etc) maybe you will be able to get your account back. Good luck!

Darn , I hope I can remember enough stuff. I wonder if they'll give the reason for the ban.

They don't give reasons anymore as far as I know. I'm trying to recover my last main frozen in 2015, and haven't got an answer yet, they only say that I cheated lol

 I've sent in a ticket , and am hoping for the luck that nobody ever seems to have. I had quit cheating because I got really good at legit reselling , I was spending 12 hours a day reselling before the ban. 0_o

Also a while back there was a board where you can post your ticket number and a TNT staffer will look at your ticket. Got a pretty quick response, though I didn't get my account back. 

That's true, I never had luck with this board but you can give it a try. It's on the game boards iirc. Also, you can try e-mailing them at support@Neopets.com, that's where I got my answer.

if you haven't done anything wrong, send in a ticket with a good amount of information. Also ensure that you put you spent neocash and was a premium member (even if you weren't). Once you got your ticket, message them on facebook and tweet at them on twitter. I did that and got a reply in under a week.

Also keep updating your ticket, at least once per week, even if it's with no further information.

 

Good luck. TNT are extremely capricious in what accounts they ban and what they unban...

That board is still around, it's floating somewhere on the HC. Make sure you kiss-up 'Alice' a lot (I guess she is the staff who takes a look at the tickets)

Sorry to hear about you and your family's accounts. My main was frozen last year. I sent in a ticket and read up on advice from the HC. I updated my ticket with relevant information once a week. I also posted in the ticket response waiting thread in the HC every other day. Always be polite when you update your ticket. Hopefully, Alice gets assigned to handle your ticket. She unfroze my account after the password was reset, as here was a leak of account information last year. Good luck!

Persistence is key, I believe almost any account can get unfrozen, but it might take a couple of years...

Bug TNT on Facebook and post daily in the ticket waiting boards and get Alice's attention! This should get you at least a response in a week.

I got Alice's response, but still didn't work so I think it's impossible for me

I submitted a ticket over half a year ago and still haven't heard anything... TNT just doesn't care or knows I cheated the heck outta Neopets :-)

 

Still sad I lost a ton of stamps, one word pet names and my beloved Scary Tree Stamp :-(

I would post the info about your ticket on the help board post about tickets. I didn't get a response for 4 months then I posted my ticket info on a couple of the boards and in a week my account was unfrozen.

My first account I didnʻt know about tickets, and recently I submitted one but the account I submitted it on got iced.
