I was using Abrosia for Igloo and suddenly an error occurred and log me out, I went back on the neopets site to log in but it just keep saying "You can't submit an empty user name" . I thought they will still let you log in and show you a screen saying you have been frozen when you get frozen, is that no longer the case?

No longer, now it's like the account doesn't exist at all.

This is the only way to find out if you're frozen or not at this moment.

Wow guess that's why I can't get into some accounts. Been gone forever and avoiding the lookups due to the security of them.

Did we ever figure this out?? That doesn't sound like freezing to me but maybe it's changed... I thought I'd read that they'd started giving reasons for icing, now (again)?

Look at your shop front. Typically that's the other way you can tell, if the Snow Faerie is up there to say 'oops, this user has been frozen!'
