tried different times of the day, my Refresh is 3.0-5.0, is that too low / fast?
@Leisa just told me if you AB every day you can get RS banned quicker?

3-5 is too low. I do 6-8 second refresh times.

Yes. But that's arbitrary as restock times are random as shit. No matter your refresh rate you'll either miss or catch items lol.

I usually run my refresh rates to be 4-6. Sometimes I get banned faster than other times.

I have my refresh rates an 4-8 and I'm RS banned in 30 minutes. I'll try 6-8.
