I've been having a recurrent dream that there's a mass in my pelvis. It's weirding me out

No, in my dream it's like an apple. It's hard and smooth and tucked in near my right hip.

My dream last night was me on the Titanic, but it was set in Viking days (we were vikings?) but it was crossed with The Walking Dead, there were zombies coming trying to kill us. It was very fucked up, yet I wanted to keep watching/dreaming more about it when I woke up.

I've been having a recurrent dream that there's a mass in my pelvis. It's weirding me out

I know everyone loves hearing about my pelvis, so here's an update on this dream. I went to the dr A couple days ago and had an ultrasound done. Turns out there's a fluid-filled something that's obstructing the view of my ovary and appendix. Not quite apple-shaped, but good enough for me to validate my female intuition. I have follow up appts scheduled for next week. It doesn't seem urgently serious and I'm more concerned I'll have to quit eating everything I love than anything else.
