I am new to Neocodex and abrosia and am confused as to what this means. I received it while trying to log in

Are you trying to login to the manager itself or one of the programs?
For the manager itself, use your neocodex login info, not your neopets info.
For the programs, uninstall the manager, and then reinstall the program manager. Also, double check your neopets information is correct and your account is not frozen.
