So this includes alola forms of pokemon too! Basically anything that was introduced in this gen.

 

I think my favorite has to be either alolan raichu, or salazzle! 

Especially salazzle's shiny form

Alolan Vulpix/Ninetales and Litten because cuteness.

Alolan Cubone/Marowak because sad backstory theory. Also edgy bonus point.

Torracat because is a smug fire cat.

Wishiwashi - Solo Form, Silvalley, Minior are a few I like.

 

Pheromosa and a lot of the Ultrabeasts except the Jellyfish one look like reject art concepts though.

the entire rowlet evolutionary line + mimikyu. i'm not usually a pikachu-remake fan but it's been really well done this gen, i think. i also love old school raichu too much to prefer alolan raichu over it... but i do like alolan meowth a lot. alolan persian however.......

Mimikyu is one of my favorite pokemon of all time now.

 

My favorite pokemon to use "competitively" though (aka in pokemon showdown) is probably Araquanid though. So tanky, so strong, no random burns.
