Hey guys n gals!

 

So my grandmother donated a dress to me... While I'm thankful for her sentiment, it is just about the most hideous thing in existence.

 

 

Yeah... it's pretty bad. If you were hoping it looks better IRL, it doesn't. It might even look worse. The dress does have pockets though.

 

BUT... I didn't want to throw it out into the bin; I'm sure I can make something of this, right? Problem is... I'm out of ideas. Both of the colours are hideous (that orange is BRIGHT, and that sweatpants-grey is a pain to look at) and I have no idea what to do with the fit.

 

Do any of you have any cute makeover ideas? ;D

The length of that dress makes the Project Runway wannabe in me cringe.

I'm going to propose a radical idea.

 

What if...

you turn the dress sideways with the orange part on top. Make any creative and practical modifications as needed.

The colour scheme reminds me of grey and ginger cats, so maybe something like this might work out?
