Apparently there was a leak of neopets information, all accounts created after 2011. I lost four accounts and I was wondering how I would get them back? It has been over a year i think since I last got into them. Any help is appreciated.
Is there anyway to get accounts back that were frozen due to the leak?

You could try submitting a support ticket, but that could take a while and you'd need a lot of proof

You may not need nearly as much proof due to a leak. Can't hurt to try at the very least. If you know the emails associated to the accounts, submit a ticket and post on the boards...you may get them back...its only 5 minutes of your time at the very least.

I'm currently trying to recover an account since 2 years ago, however some people are lucky and can get their account back, it doesn't hurt to try.

I got one of mine back this way. It's possible. I think they've just started opening accounts without a lot of givesafucks though.
