I've been advanced for the past 3 years and now the program is saying that I don't have advanced after working a couple days ago? I tried to uninstall and then reinstall the program. Will this automatically fix itself or do I have to do something.

Yes, It's been set to auto charge the same card every month. Just looked at my purchases and it says that I have a pending membership from august 2016. I got a new laptop in January downloaded the program manager and have been running the ABer as an advanced member since. Does this mean that I just slipped through the cracks? I don't mind renewing the membership, but I don't want to be double charged.
