Due to the ongoing issues we were having with the forum and the program manager, we have credited all active Advanced Members with 5 days of Advanced Membership to make up for the time lost during repairs. We appreciate your patience and support!

Ah so it isn't just me being effected by the issues. :o 

 

 How can you credit an advanced member with advanced membership? Don't we have advanced membership to begin with?

I guess she means the ones who bought advanced membership. Not the advanced+.

I've been advanced for the past 3 years and now the program is saying that I don't have advanced after working a couple days ago? I tried to uninstall and then reinstall the program. Will this automatically fix itself or do I have to do something. :/

Were you paying for advanced prior to now?

Yes, It's been set to auto charge the same card every month. Just looked at my purchases and it says that I have a pending membership from august 2016. I got a new laptop in January downloaded the program manager and have been running the ABer as an advanced member since. Does this mean that I just slipped through the cracks? I don't mind renewing the membership, but I don't want to be double charged.
