Slowly introduce it to the PC (depending on the tier it might be easier/harder), start to post with the account the pet is on (make sure it looks legit), do this for a while and then put it UFT.
Otherwise, you can just trade it in a black market to avoid risks.

Fun fact, we do not allow stolen/hacked goods to be sold here. So you'd have to trade it elsewhere.
