Do y'all not spank in schools over there anymore?

I love the smell of proofing bread too.

Nope, it's considered child abuse! Of course, we would have spanked our child if it was necessary! I was spanked as a child back when it was allowed still... but the laws were changing on it while I was going through my teenage years! My daddy still whooped my behind though! My sister, however, used it to her advantage and always threatened my mom to call child services on her if she spanked her!. Not me, my dad instilled the fear of god into me and I was a "goodie goodie two shoes"

The smell of the smoke after you put a match out.

Dry erase markers.

Books. Is that considered weird? Probably not.

Books in general though. Not just new books. Old books are better.

Well, that depends on where they lived. As long as they still smell like books, and not like... cat pee or cigarettes.

Yes to the smell of burning sulfer after being blown out. I quite enjoy that smell as well!

Wouldn't that make it more weird of a smell to like? That would fit in more with this thread lmao!

I'm just campaigning for specificity and precision here, that's all.

No, the uk. They still spank in school here in Missouri and cps has an approved spanking method for at home.

Good job Missouri! Proud of them! One of our schools used a table to strap kids down with as a form of punishment (Think like you're about to get injected with the death serum kind of display). That didn't last very long. LoL

No. Not good. Spanking is horrible and damages children. There is 50 years of science that proves how horrible it is.

Edit: here is the meta-analysis about it https://news.utexas....-by-researchers

Eh. Not all books have that nice smell, though. Most new books don't. Maybe it's a paper thing and older books used different kind of paper.

I think it's safe to say that's as common as liking books smell.

Is it a newer book? If so, then yeah, most of those don't smell like anything to me either.

I love the smell of spanking.

I think you're doing it wrong

New books smell like fire retardants and cancer.

Fire retardants and cancer - sounds like we found the name of our new perfume line

I think so. It's one of those mass market books. And it's a reprint of an older book. It only smells strongly if I open it and sniff the inside. *insert euphemism here*

The bookcrack.

I hate new magazine smell, but I recently read if you get mag subscriptions, you can request odor free versions.
