Even the news channels said it is responsible for multiple deaths involving people stepping out in front of cars to grab the critters. I tried to play it and it wouldn't load the GPS thing for me, but again I was in bum F***** Egypt so to say. We was in the boondocks lol!

Never played it, not my kind of game. I prefer hidden object games on my laptop.

Was at a con this weekend and there were a good chunk of attendees playing. They had to put signs up keeping people from stopping in pedways between the buildings.

The initial hype might of died way down but it still seems to have a good amount of players, especially during events like recently.

That being said, I myself haven't so much since I don't live directly in a city area, and I don't feel like spending money on it hahah......

Nah there were little bridges built to connect the buildings together above the road.

Have you tried again since the recent updates? They added some stuff to rural areas and now my small town has multiples gyms and pokestops now when it didn't before. It seems like they were added based on player suggestion/activity though; my town has a lot of active players and my so's hometown (which does not) didn't get anything added during the updates.

I rarely see people playing anymore, granted I don't actively go out to pokestops but places where I would use to always go I don't ever see people there.

I remember playing Pokémon go last summer and accidentally crossing the street on a red light. Sometimes it's easy to forget your surroundings, unfortunately.
