Anyone know what this means it managed to find the number of items i have but did not price a single thing.

How many pages is it going through?
If you have a large SDB with more than say, 15 pages, it can throw errors for some reason.

Try the one within Valorsuite here: http://www.neocodex....-automator-etc/ it generally works better
