Whole error says this:
Access to www.neopets.com was denied
You don't have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403
Pops up when I try to login. Anyone know how to prevent this?

If it's a free proxy, I think it's just a bad one.
Honestly free proxies are never good, you might as well be using none.
If you want cheap and good proxies, I can recommend NewIPnow, they have 2 proxies, that won't change unless you request it, for 5$ a month.

Free proxies can go transparent and not really work for you at all. Not to mention if it's free? Someone else is probably being stupid with it, and you'll get caught up in the ban sweep.
Go with a VPN or buy some proxies.
