Wraith Vemon doesn't return results on the SSW. It will be just some translation thing gone wrong.

It would explain that purple item having venom instead of ectoplasm in the url though. Just a theory, a neopets theory!

I mean, those are neopets' URLs and they're the same as Taelia's items, so I guess they are

They're "real" in that they are images hosted on the neopets server and that they look the same as the items in the plot hub.

 

There's a few item names that seem suspiciously fitting that are searchable on the SW:

Wraith Claw

Wraith Fur

Wraith Fang

and Wraith Ectoplasm is also searchable, as is Wraith Blood

 

They've not been confirmed to be plot-related but it's suspicious

 

 

edit: I've been informed Wraith Fog is also searchable, though I've seen no image for that

It didn't give me one every battle... it was hit or miss up until I got 6, I have yet to get any more than 6. I got the accomplishment but can't claim the prize yet. I used the 3 extoplasms to make a potion and went to the omelette and jelly and used the potions there (not sure if you did that yet MissToad)

100% drop is only if you fight on hard. Unsure the other drop rates.

hmm, i did the lock pick but it isnt lit up green in my achievements

I don't know if anyone mentioned it:

When trying to play "The Faeries' Chest" you only get 4 chances to miss to get the achievement. If you miss it refresh the page. It will reset the "miss" counter and you'll get a chance to get the achievement (that doesn't really come with anything crazy, but stuff is stuff, right?)..

You get ectoplasm by fighting the wraith. It's extremely easy to beat if you equip the brand new salty weapon everyone got.

Yep, looks like Wraith Ectoplasm is now a 100% drop on hard mode. Less likely but still possible on lower difficulties.

 

Wraith Ectoplasm

Eww... Purple goo! This item is part of The Wraith Resurgence plot.

 

Once you've got 3x Wraith Ectoplasm, go to Taelia and help her make the potions. Click the scroll on her table to see the potion recipe here

 

 

Now click the words 3x Wraith Ectoplasm to create the potion

 

 

The potion is a no-trade item called:

 

Taelia's Concoction I

 

images exist on the server for the remaining potions (the image URLs use roman numerals), so looks like we'll be at it for a while.

 

 

Once you've done that you unlock the Achievement Bubble, Bubble however at this point it does not give any rewards.

 

 

Brew 2 potions (which will be 6 Wraith Ectoplasms total) and go to The Giant Omelette and The Giant Jelly to clear them of fog (an option will be given to use the potion at each). This looks super buggy at the moment though. For me it just keeps prompting to use the potion lol

edit: If it's glitchy and not clearing for you, try Chrome.

 

 

As far as I'm aware, that's all the plot steps right now.
