How to contact Neocodex Admin?

Just trying to repurchase advanced membership & I get,

"You have already purchased this item and it cannot be purchased again. A renewal invoice for your existing purchase was generated which has since expired. Please contact an administrator for assistance."

 

 

 

Haven't had advanced for 3+ years,

I get Windows asking me to sign in when I try to contact admin directly, dont wanna do that.

I'd tag Waser Lave, but I can never figure it out, so I'll tag @KyloRen who seems to know how to do it.

@Adam to tag Waser Lave, you can use this:
 

@ [mem ber= "WaserLave"]

 

Without the spaces, as here:

@Waser Lave

 

And it works without the @ too: Waser Lave.
