Hello guys, new user here...
Is it normal that I get minimum 2 matching fruits in the fruit machine every time yet it still says 'sorry this is not a winning spin'?

Are the matching fruits from left to center? If they're not, it's not a win. Having a match on the left, and one on the right won't count. It has to be one on the left, then the one in the center, then the one on the right.
