OMFG guys, FINALLY. I spent several hours trying to figure this out and I FINALLY found a solution that works. FUCKKKKKK

A couple of notes: This didn't work on my laptop, but I got it to work on my desktop. Idk why. Also, I had to restart my computer after installing the old Shockwave for IE to recognize it.

From this post on Reddit: https://www.reddit.c...on_iechrome_no/

  1. Uninstall any previous Shockwaves versions

  2. Install Shockwave 10.1.3.018. Here is where I got it from: http://filehippo.com...shockwave/1220/

  3. Go on Internet Explorer 11 (I'm using the lastest version). Add neopets.com to the compatibility settings. To do this, click on the gear icon on the top right, and select compatibility settings from the scroll down menu.

  4. Return in the drop down menu, and select Internet Options. Click on "Security", then uncheck the "Enable Protected Mode" case.

  5. Try playing a Shockwave game. It should work! :) However, some games, such as HatPC, don't always work very well and are sometimes on a weird kind of zoom.

  6. If it doesn't work or if you hate IE, download the "IE tab" add-on on Chrome. You'll also have to download an extra something after the add-on is added (heh).

  7. Log on to neopets from the IE-tab just below the ordinary one (NOT the regular chrome bar). From this, you should be able to play shockwave games flawlessly! :)

Proves how old a format is when you need IE to even play it properly.

Yeah, I wish they'd remake the games but chances are they would graveyard them before they ever considered remaking in a different format.
