I don't play FR, nor do I post in the FR sub-forum, but I think you need to be a member for a week and have 10 non-spam posts.

Pretty much this, the requirements aren't too difficult to obtain access. It's just a little precautionary measure put in place to protect our users from lurking eyes Stick around and jump into the many topics we have here and I'm sure you'll find something to chat about to bump your post count up.
