I've gotten about 6 times in a couple months on a single account before I stopped playing. Not much but it is still something.

I've gotten it a total of 4 times since it became a thing.
They're not good odds but it has happened to me.

Once. I thought there was going to be more fanfare. I thought things would light up and there would be a great firework display. But, same as when you win nothing except you get the NC added.
