Even though we very recently had paintbrush colours added, there appears to be another new poll up?

 

AND HERE IT IS

 

First of all are we sure it isn't April Fools'?

 

Second of all prepare yourself because some of these colours are... not good. Choices are: Burlap Doll (wtf), Origami, Steampunk and Toy

 

 

 

What do you think? I think Burlap Sack is a nightmare, Origami is interesting but weird and the other two are sort of unnecessary

Toy could be interesting if pets were still UC, but the converted poses won't allow for different designs, so most will just look like balloons I guess. Steampunk feels too close to Robot to me. Burlap Doll is creepy. I actually quite like Origami

 

But yeah I don't think we need more paintbrushes right now lol

I like the idea of Origami but don't trust their implementation. NC clothes will also look like garbage on those angles.

 

Agreed about Toy poses being stale, but the colors could be fun. Nice, bright, and shiny.

 

Absolutely not to Burlap.

Origami would have been nice if they put more thought into the design... They need to be more adventurous and some colors which aren't compatible with clothing to give them more room to work with.

The most acceptable one is Toy, at least you would be able to customise them nicely :B

Steampunk for no other reason that diverse and non-gimmicky skin tones. And the sclera isn't pure white so it can work with dark themed customs without being jarring.

How can you not love those adorable little spring coils on top? And those cute little beady, red eyes...to die for. Utterly. 

 

It looks like the cutest little serial killer doll, right?  Also, there might be some nostalgia...anyone remember the name of those little creepy, doll things that were big in Japan? Kind of looked like little big planet but came in a wide variety of different ones: cowboy, etc.

If they come out with a clotheless paint I'mma be pissed though.... They could have done that with the old style neopets a long time ago, which would have been more in demand, but they have time to come up with new things just so they can say they finally won something? They say that there's no way to bring back the old neopets art, but all they would have to do is draw over with the old art and make it like they would a new paint. 

 

then people could have their elite whatevers, the old UCs, but people could also have the UC paint. 

 

 

Sorry, offtopic, but seen a lot of accounts hacked lately and the expensive UCs converted.
